Rixos Hotels Group has started developing the historic Montazah Palace hotels in Alexandria Governorate, after obtaining the right to exploit and manage the hotels.
Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt, inspected the construction project of Nariman 1 and 2 hotels, in the presence of tourism investor Nasser Abdel Latif, who manages the Rixos Hotels Group in Egypt, which will assume the right to exploit and manage the historic Montazah Palace hotels.
Nariman 1 Hotel project is built on an area of 3070 square meters with a total area of 16.9 thousand square meters and consists of 108 hotel rooms and 16 distinctive suites with a total of 124 rooms, a main restaurant, 2 specialized restaurants, 4 cafeterias, and a club lounge, while Nariman 2 Hotel project is built on an area of 9,990 square meters with a total area of 38.1 thousand square meters, and consists of 2 royal suites, 128 hotel rooms, and 14 distinctive suites with a total of 144 rooms, in addition to a main restaurant, 3 specialized restaurants, 5 cafeterias, and a club lounge.
The Egyptian Prime Minister also inspected the project to establish the Paradise Village, which is built on an area of 24 thousand square meters, and the project to establish 31 cabins in the Cleopatra Forests. He also inspected the music kiosk and the development works of the Sadat Museum, to learn about its collections, in addition to inspecting the project to establish the Farouk Hanging Gardens, which consists of the hanging gardens, the main restaurant and the outdoor terrace, in addition to marine works to protect the gardens and acquire land in the sea, in addition to implementing a sea tongue, a seating area on the seashore, and a restaurant area inside the sea.
He stressed the Egyptian government’s orientation and keenness to achieve maximum benefit from all the distinguished sites it possesses, especially the historical ones, pointing out that the Montazah area enjoys a unique and charming location, and many components to be a distinguished tourist destination that attracts visitors and investment in the Bride of the Mediterranean, while restoring its cultural and historical splendor.
The Montazah development project is being implemented on an area of 370 acres and consists of 7 main sections, which are: transportation, the green heart, the royal and organic gardens, the coastal forests, and the blue walkway park, in addition to the utility works of the Montazah Palace Gardens project, and other various works.
